POR PURA FE MERCEDES SWEEPSTAKES

1. SPONSOR

The “Por Pura Fe – Mercedes Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by LM Event Supplies LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Arizona.

This Sweepstakes is governed solely by U.S. federal law and the laws of the State of Arizona. Void where prohibited.

Shopify and social media platforms are not sponsors, administrators, or participants in this Sweepstakes.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on October 28, 2025, and ends on February 28, 2026, or earlier if all designated bracelets and digital stickers have been sold.

The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time due to force majeure, fraud, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its control.

Any updates or modifications will be posted on porpurafe.com and become effective immediately.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

The following individuals are NOT eligible to enter or win:

✅ Influencers, supporting businesses, collaborators, and those providing advertising support ARE eligible to participate, as long as they did not assist in the physical handling of entries, the raffle drum, or the drawing process.

The Sponsor may request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide documentation will result in disqualification.

4. METHODS OF ENTRY

(a) Purchase Entry

Each valid purchase of a digital sticker priced at $99 USD through porpurafe.com grants one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Digital stickers are intangible digital products and are non-refundable.

By completing a purchase, participants irrevocably waive the right to initiate:

Any attempt to dispute a charge results in immediate and permanent disqualification from the Sweepstakes.

(b) Free Entry — No Purchase Necessary (AMOE)

To enter without making a purchase, participants must mail a handwritten letter containing ALL of the following:

“I certify that I am a legal resident of the United States, 18 years or older, and I agree to the Official Rules of the Por Pura Fe – Mercedes Sweepstakes.”

Only one (1) free entry per person/household will be accepted for the entire Sweepstakes Period.

Entries must be received (not postmarked) by the end date to be valid.

Photocopies, printed letters, incomplete submissions, or mechanically reproduced entries are invalid.

All entries—purchased and free—have equal odds of winning.

5. PRIZES

✅ Grand Prize

The Grand Prize consists of one (1) 2015 Mercedes-Benz C180, Mexican-national vehicle, delivered “as is”, with no express or implied warranties.

The vehicle originates from Mexico and will be delivered in its current condition.

The winner must pick up the vehicle in the State of Arizona, at the exact location designated by LM Event Supplies LLC.

No shipping, delivery, or transportation is provided.

Failure to pick up the vehicle by the deadline communicated by the Sponsor will result in forfeiture.

Any importation, legalization, registration, U.S. insurance, or modifications required to operate the vehicle in the United States are the sole responsibility of the winner, including all associated fees.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winners will be selected fairly and transparently using a physical raffle drum containing all valid entries, including AMOE entries.

The drawing will occur during a live in-person event and will also be streamed through the Sponsor’s official social media accounts.

The raffle drum will remain fully visible at all times during mixing and drawing to ensure transparency.

Selections are random, public, and final.

Winners will be notified via email.

If a winner does not respond within 7 calendar days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. TAX OBLIGATIONS

Prizes valued at $600 USD or more will be reported to the IRS using Form 1099-MISC.

Winners must complete and submit Form W-9 before receiving their prize.

Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal and state taxes.

8. NO REFUNDS OR CHARGEBACKS

All purchases are final.

Digital stickers do not represent a physical product.

Any chargeback, bank dispute, or reversal results in automatic disqualification.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Sponsor is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or prize use.

Liability shall not exceed the value of the applicable prize.

By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its representatives from all present and future claims.

10. ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER

All disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Participants waive the right to:

11. PUBLICITY RIGHTS

By accepting a prize, winners grant the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and image for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

12. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

The Sponsor may modify or terminate these Rules at any time.

All updates will be posted on porpurafe.com and are effective immediately.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Any disputes not handled through arbitration will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

14. ACCEPTANCE

Entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes full acceptance of these Official Rules and forms a binding agreement between the participant and LM Event Supplies LLC.
